It’s 11:30am on a Sunday morning, you wake up foggy from a hard Saturday night of boozing and feel like absolute dookie. Well, drink some Pedialyte and try some yoga to get your mind and body back on track for the week ahead.
I started adding a couple minutes of yoga and breathing to my regular morning routine a little while ago and it changed my entire outlook on how I take on the day. You don’t need to be flexible, you don’t need to wear $100 pants, there’s literally no excuse. Just breathing and feeling your body open up does wonders.
Aaron Rodgers and LeBron both swear by it, so what’s the harm in giving it a shot? It’s 10 minutes of your day that will literally change your entire mood. Seriously, just take 10-15 minutes in the morning to do some light yoga and stretching and you won’t believe how unbelievably better you feel. It’s like post-nut clarity, but all the time.
