Since it has been so long since music festivals were allowed, I wanted to share my review on my recent Vegas trip to the Life Is Beautiful music festival over the weekend. Overall, it was an awesome time other than the time a girl threw up on the ground 5 feet from me because she was candy flipping. The hilarious part was that their group left and another group cruised up and were dancing right on top of it.
The best show of the weekend for me was easily Glass Animals. They were awesome and I couldn’t have Beene happier with their performance. The beers were reasonably cheap and there were a ton of food options. For me personally, this was the first time I have been to Downtown Vegas. It was awesome and we stayed out until 3-4 in the morning at the bars around the DT area.
The lineup was solid overall with a great mix of artists and different genres of music. I prefer the variety as opposed to going to a festival with just one or two genres because of the mix. It was hot during the day so my group would try to show up a bit later in the day around 8 PM to avoid the heat. Overall, 10 out of 10 weekend. I suggest you go next year.
