I Love Pies

Pie has to be my favorite dessert. There isn’t anything better than a fresh pi after a long day, and it always goes down smooth. I’m not a huge cake guy for dessert, so pie is my go to post dinner choice. Here are the best pies, in my opinion.

Apple pie is an American treasure. If you don’t like it, you’re either a communist or just a total dick. In all seriousness apple pie is the best pie around. I’ve tried to make it myself and it never goes well so I usually buy it from the store. Also, you have to eat it hot. If you prefer it cold then you seriously need to rethink your life choices. In all honesty, I don’t even eat it with ice cream because I just like the pie that much.

Cream pies are always a refreshing treat after a long day at the office. Usually I like to enjoy cream pies at night after a hot summers day spent drinking in the sun or on a boat. Typically, cream pies can get pretty messy, so its important to bring extra napkins or towels to clean up after your finished. My favorite cream pie I’ve ever received came from my friend Connor. It took him awhile to make it, but it was my most satisfying cream pie for sure.
