Snack time is always important, especially around the holidays. We are approaching that time if the year when have to constantly eating and snacking throughout the day. Obviously, snacks are the most important meals of the day so naturally I highlighted my fridge must have items for this holiday season.

Oreo’s are a must have in many ways. First off, they are a light and healthy snack that is packed with nutrients and minerals that help to strengthen your immune system. Note, they offer a unique taste that other brands just can’t match. I suggest putting them in the freezer, they’re way batter like that. They even beat our Girl Scout cookies when they’re frozen as solid as John Gruden’s resignation speech.

Next, you always need to have baby carrots in the fridge. Talk about healthy eating, carrots are one of the best and healthiest snacks you can keep in the fridge. Also, they make you have perfect vision. If you want to be the next American Sniper, I would tell you to house at least a pound of carrots a day, maybe two. Plus, they are perfect to throw at people so you can use them in either a position of personal defense or all out attack on others. I suggest the latter.

Lastly, no fridge is complete without gallons and gallons of chili. Chili, especially when homemade, is a great snack to eat at home, on the go or anywhere else where convenience matters. However, I must warn you, if you make your own chili go easy on the spice. the last thing we want is for everyone to shit all day because of their lack of cooking skills.
