Best Fall/Winter Beer Drinking Activities

It is the most wonderful time of the year. We all love the drinking activities in the summer, but I don’t love anything more than drinking when its cold. Aside from the health benefits, drinking in the cold keeps you warm, more agile and is all around better than drinking when its 95 degrees and sunny. Here are the best Fall/Winter beer drinking activities coming up.

MUNICH, GERMANY – SEPTEMBER 21: Revelers cheer with 1-liter-mugs of beer during the opening weekend of the 2019 Oktoberfest on September 21, 2019 in Munich, Germany. This year’s Oktoberfest, which will draw millions of visitors from all over the world, will run from October 21 through October 6. (Photo by Johannes Simon/Getty Images)

First, Oktoberfest. Even though October is almost over, there are a ton of Oktoberfest themed beer drinking contests, events etc coming up in November. I’m not German, but I could always get down and wear some tights and a large apron and get shit-faced at 11am on a Sunday. It is the perfect pregame for NFL Football and should happen more than once a year. Plus, there are a ton of Brats and weiners so there is plenty of action to go around.

Next is the best and it is easily snowboarding. While this is illegal and frowned upon, hammering beers down the hill is my favorite thing ever. The speed. The flair. The crisp cold air. All of it is gas and is so much fun. Be careful though as the beers get very frothy win your backpack which makes shot-gunning very difficult since its like a shaken up grenade in the can. Also once I saw a girl throw up and it blew back all over her while she was skiing. It was the grosses thing and the funniest thing ever so I’m not sure what to think about it.
